The Compass Framework⢠name, logo, integration system, original content, website design, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Ken H. Allman, II. All rights are reserved. The Compass Framework integrates and references several established business methodologies. These underlying methodologies, frameworks, and associated trademarks are owned by their respective creators and organizations. This includes, but is not limited to, the works and intellectual property of Clayton Christensen, Simon Sinek, Donald Miller (StoryBrand), Patrick Lencioni (The Table Group), and the Shingo Institute. The Compass Framework does not claim ownership of these methodologies; rather, it provides an integration system for applying them together.
3.3 User Content
Any content you submit through the Site, including but not limited to contact form submissions, feedback, or testimonials, may be used by us in connection with the operation and improvement of our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of West Virginia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any claim or dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days of receiving notice.
